Virginia Beach Field House runs a 5 weeks indoor co-ed league, games only for $84. League’s monthly practice fee is $50. Practices are about 6-8 times a month.

Regional club volleyball is from December to May, 8-10 tournaments entries, 1-2 practices a week, 1 jersey, 1 t-shirts, 1 long sleeve are included.

All players are required to try out to be accepted in a team.

Ages 8-14, beginners, intermediate, rec players or club athletes in their first year. No experience needed. If you can toss a ball, you’re in.

Goal: Build a repeatable platform and a legal overhand serve you can get in 7 out of 10 times.

Ages 10-16 years old, club or JV players with 1+ season. You already have an overhand serve and can pass 5 free balls in a row without shanking.

Goal: Turn your serve into a weapon and your passing into a first contact system- not just survival.

Ages 9-17, beginners to first-year club. You can serve overhand and pass a free ball, but you’ve never been taught a real approach.

Goal: Teach a safe, repeatable 3-step approach and blocking shape that doesn’t get you called for a net.

Ages 10-17, club JV/Varsity or second year club players. You already have 3 or 4 step approach and can block a ball straight down in practice.

Goal: Turn your swing into multiple shots and your block into a read-based defense, not just a wall.
